Subject. Digital development of Russia's Arctic regions in the context of ensuring national security, socioeconomic differentiation of territories, and the need to create integrated digital management models.
Objectives. Development and testing of a methodology that allows determining the current level of digital development of Arctic regions and identifying promising directions for digital transformation.
Methods. General scientific research methods were applied.
Results. A high level of differentiation has been identified among Russia's Arctic regions in terms of digital development. Accelerated growth in digital development indicators was observed during the coronavirus pandemic (2020–2021). The dynamics of cloud service implementation after 2022 were influenced by external factors. The key factors limiting digital transformation are low profitability of infrastructure projects, a shortage of skilled personnel, and the lack of a unified system for data collection and presentation. Promising projects being developed using Russian software cover both the industrial and social sectors.
Conclusions. The creation of a regional digital profile is seen as a promising tool that can help improve the management of digital transformation in Arctic areas. A regional digital profile is a model that brings together information about the social, economic, infrastructure, and technological development of the area.

Keywords: digital development, Arctic regions, digital infrastructure, digital profile of the region
