Subject. Increasing labor productivity, making efficient use of resources, implementing modern technologies.
Objectives. Developing a labor productivity growth model for different industries, taking into account the impact of intangible characteristics of the management environment (‘soft’ management factors).
Methods. Simulation modeling tools were applied.
Results. An industry-specific typology of how 'soft' management factors influence labor productivity has been developed. It shows a synergy effect, where the combined impact of the factors exceeds the sum of their individual effects, which supports the need for comprehensive management interventions.
Conclusions. Using the proposed mathematical model ensures a more stable growth in labor productivity across different sectors of the economy.

Keywords: labor productivity, 'soft' management factors, organizational efficiency, simulation modeling, industry analysis, knowledge economy
