Subject. The methodological gap between the theoretical concept of corporate culture formation and its practical application, development of the strategic management system.
Objectives. Developing an analytical model that allows evaluating how corporate culture aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
Methods. Surveying, mathematical analysis.
Results. A tool has been developed that can be used to assess employees' individual motivational engagement in tackling corporate tasks and provides management with solid data needed to fine-tune development programs based on identified needs.
Conclusions. Creating and maintaining the right type of corporate culture will help build lasting competitiveness and effective growth for the organization.
