Subject. The connection between digitalization, human capital, and economic resilience in large agro-industrial structures. Objectives. Developing a comprehensive classification of risks related to staffing security in livestock agricultural industrial holdings, and creating a system of measures to minimize them. Methods. General scientific research methods were applied. Results. A three-level risk classification has been developed (risks related to employee qualifications, digital loyalty, and organizational-industry risks), quantitative criteria for their identification are presented, and a comprehensive system for managing these risks has been proposed. Conclusions. Implementing the proposed risk management system related to personnel security will allow agro-industrial holdings not only to minimize operational and financial losses but also to create long-term competitive advantages, which will help strengthen Russia's food security.
