Subject. Cadastral value of land in populated areas as the basis of the taxation and land resource management system at the municipal level. Objectives. Statistical analysis of the cadastral value of land in settlements within a single district, assessment of the contribution of various types of permitted land use in the formation of an integral indicator. Methods. Descriptive statistics, statistical grouping, rank and quartile analysis. Results. The greatest contribution to the formation of the integral cadastral value is made by such segments as land under industrial facilities and land under commercial development. Conclusions. The obtained results can be used by local government bodies to monitor the effectiveness of cadastral valuation, implement differentiated tax policy, and justify management decisions in the field of land use.
