Tools used in the investment project management system at a high-tech company

Subject. Integration of organizational, financial-economic, and design solutions as a factor in the development of high-tech industrial enterprises.
Objectives. Development and justification of a classification of tools used in the investment project management system, taking into account the functional features and technical capabilities of these tools.
Methods. General scientific research methods were applied.
Results. Broad functional groups of tools used for managing an investment project have been highlighted. Each group of tools is aimed at solving specific tasks; at the same time, the tools are used within a single digital environment of a high-tech enterprise, which ensures the consistency of managerial, financial-economic, and engineering-technological decisions.
Conclusions. The effectiveness of managing an investment project in high-tech industries is determined not by implementing individual digital solutions, but by the degree of their end-to-end integration.
