Subject. The system of relations between the state and private entities in Norway in the field of infrastructure creation and development.
Objectives. Assessment of the need for modernization of transport and social infrastructure in Norway, analysis of the regulatory framework and institutional structure of public-private partnership.
Methods. General scientific research methods were applied.
Results. Norway's economic policy is characterized by insufficient funding for the modernization of transport and social infrastructure, and the country almost completely lacks a regulatory framework for public-private partnership.
Conclusions. The results may be taken into account by representatives of Russian private and public entities when preparing new projects involving the use of the public-private partnership mechanism.
