Subject. Development of small businesses, involvement of older age groups in active economic activity.
Objectives. Development of mechanisms allowing the formation of the foundations of the shared economy within the framework of household farms.
Methods. Tools of mathematical analysis have been applied.
Results. Schemes of interaction among members of horticultural non-profit partnerships have been proposed, allowing for a reduction in the costs of purchasing various materials necessary for the household. It has been established that the sharing economy in Russia is in the stage of formation, and many social and legal issues require thorough elaboration.
Conclusions. The development of the sharing economy meets the interests of representatives of different generations. The developed mechanisms can be applied in gardening enterprises in Russia, which will contribute to solving the country's relevant socioeconomic problems.
