Implementation of an integrated risk management system for the economic security of holding structures: Practical aspects and technological support

Subject. Problems in the functioning of large corporate structures, interaction between parent and subsidiary companies.
Objectives. Identifying key technological components that determine the effectiveness of the risk management system related to ensuring the economic security of holdings.
Methods. The tools of systemic, structural-functional, and comparative analysis were applied.
Results. It has been established that technological components such as artificial intelligence and machine learning increase the accuracy of risk analysis.
Conclusions. The implementation of the proposed risk management system will allow holding companies to increase their resilience to external and internal threats, optimize decision-making processes, and reduce potential losses.
