Subject. Building a resilient innovation ecosystem in the Donetsk People's Republic.
Objectives. Development of tools for assessing network interactions of participants in the innovation process.
Methods. Systems and institutional approaches were used, as well as methods of mathematical modeling based on the principles of linear programming and network theory.
Results. A system of criteria for evaluating network interaction among participants in the innovation process is proposed, covering five areas: conducting scientific research, quality of the institutional and infrastructural environment, development of human resources, implementation of innovations, and network effect.
