Subject. This article discusses a set of methods, tools, and practical mechanisms for project management implemented within technological entrepreneurship in the context of digital transformation.
Objectives. The article aims to assess the methods that help optimize the process of managing digital transformation in the context of rapid high-tech development.
Methods. For the study, I used the general scientific research methods.
Results. The article finds that a choice of tools for managing digital transformation should be determined by the nature of business processes within technology entrepreneurship and the need for flexible response to changes.
Conclusions. The research results can be used by technology companies, educational and scientific institutions when developing project management mechanisms.
