Subject. This article discusses the importance of digital technologies in the modernization of logistics systems. Objectives. The article aims to design a supply chain development concept that aligns with the realities of the digital transformation of the economy. Methods. For the study, I used mathematical and strategic analyses. Results. The article presents an author-developed model that helps assess the efficiency of logistics business processes and takes into account various parameters. The article also proposes a matrix organizational structure, which assumes an equal distribution of authority to control the implementation of business processes between horizontal and vertical management levels. Conclusions. Long-term competitive advantages in logistics are ensured through the implementation of advanced digital technologies in end-to-end processes and the creation of an adaptive ecosystem where all the supply chain participants interact.
