Improving the quality management mechanism of services provided in the customs ecosystem

Subject. This article discusses the issues of cooperation between subjects of foreign economic relations.
Objectives. The article aims to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of implementing various customs procedures, and examine the interrelation between different-level elements of the customs ecosystem.
Methods. For the study, I used mathematical modeling.
Results. The article presents a universal author-developed methodology for calculating and assessing the performance and efficiency of the customs ecosystem elements functioning. Based on an analysis of the interaction loop of participants in the process of documentary and factual customs control, the article determines the impact of customs clearance procedures duration on the profit parameters of organizations engaged in foreign economic activities.
Conclusions. The introduction of an ecosystem-based mechanism for interaction between subjects of foreign economic relations can help customs authorities take clients' interests into account to a greater extent.
