Transformation of value prototypes when forming regional entrepreneurial ecosystems

Subject. This article discusses the issues related to the policy for the development of entrepreneurship in the regions of Russia.
Objectives. The article aims to assess the advantages of an ecosystem approach to the formation of the entrepreneurial environment and examples of its implementation.
Methods. For the study, I used the systems analysis.
Results. The article describes the criteria for the quality of an entrepreneurial ecosystem’s value for the business community and regional government authorities. The article details the process of transforming prototypes of values into real values and highlights its stages.
Conclusions. Taking the research results into account can help reduce uncertainty during the formation and development of regional entrepreneurial ecosystems.
