Subject. This article discusses the functioning of complex organizational structures, where participants follow their own interests. Objectives. The article aims to analyze various aspects of the interest management system of participants in strategic alliances. Methods. For the study, I used a comparative analysis and grouping. Results. The article proposes new author-developed classification features for the levels of interest management of participants in strategic alliances: the specificity of tasks and the type of participants, and it provides examples of formal and informal mechanisms for managing the interests of participants in strategic alliances. The choice of mechanisms is determined by the tasks being addressed at a specific management level. Relevance. The results obtained can be taken into account when developing practical recommendations for choosing specific mechanisms for managing the interests of participants in strategic alliances to enhance their sustainability and minimize conflicts.
