Subject. This article discusses the economic relations related to the formation and provision of socially significant services by companies.
Objectives. The article aims to assess the prospects for the development of the social services provision system.
Methods. For the study, we used content and comparative analyses.
Results. The article proposes a classification of socially significant services provided by companies in the context of digitalization.
Conclusions. The joint activities of private companies and government structures will create a sustainable and innovative social services system that will contribute to improving the quality of life of people.
