Subject. This article discusses the importance of web resources in the development of universities and increasing the accessibility of higher education. Objectives. The article aims to classify the factors determining the effectiveness of a university website. Methods. For the study, we used the mathematical research methods. Conclusions and Relevance. When developing the concept of a university website, it is essential to focus primarily on aspects such as integration with social networks, user-friendly student personal account, and high-quality design. The results of the study can be used to develop programs for further digitalization of the education system.
