Subject. This article discusses the issues of human resource management, development of the recruitment system, training, and development of personnel.
Objectives. The article aims to create a model for improving the efficiency of the personnel management system in the modern business landscape.
Methods. For the study, I used the general scientific research methods.
Results. The article presents a model of personnel policy management, which provides a harmonious combination of traditional and modern management practices, and it confirms the importance of the integration and contamination approach to form a personnel policy in the context of modern challenges.
Conclusions. Personnel policy flexibility and adaptability create the basis for the enterprise’s competitiveness improvement. Personnel policy is efficient if human and intellectual potentials are of a priority, and resources are used rationally.
