Subject. This article discusses the issues of municipal finance management and the activities of the Ministry of Finance of the Omsk Oblast.
Objectives. The article aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various products that can be used to digitalize the budget process.
Methods. For the study, I used the methods of logical and statistical analyses.
Results. The article finds that a large number of government services have been transferred to electronic format in the Omsk Oblast based on a software package developed by the Russian company Keysystem, which meets the requirements of federal legislation.
Conclusions. The use of software developed by Russian specialists in the activities of regional authorities contributes to the strengthening of Russia's economic sovereignty.
