Subject. This article discusses the implementation of digitalization tools at a manufacturing enterprise. Objectives. The article aims to determine the effects of using QR codes within the framework of the strategic goals of the enterprise, taking into account their multifaceted nature. Methods. For the study, we used the general scientific methods and methods of strategic analysis. Results. Based on the consideration of the possible effects of the implementation of the project of marking products with QR codes at a particular manufacturing enterprise, the article substantiates the importance of digital solutions as tools for achieving strategic goals. It also presents the author-developed system of key performance indicators for the implementation of QR codes. Relevance. Further research is related to the development of tools for managing change and resistance in the implementation of digital solutions. The results obtained can be used as a benchmark in the development and implementation of digitalization projects at enterprises in various industries.
