Subject. This article discusses the issues of managing complex systems and the feedback quality.
Objectives. The article aims to develop a process model for the functioning of the regional public administration system.
Methods. For the study, we used a systems analysis.
Results. The article presents the design of a single control loop based on the model of a goal-oriented system and the model of an automatic control system and offers complete lists of elements for projects of a regional public administration system.
Conclusions. Further development and implementation of the proposed project of the regional management system can help improve the effectiveness of targeted activities.
