Subject. Human capital as the most important factor of economic, social, social and innovative development.
Objectives. Identifying the conditions necessary for the formation of a skilled, creative workforce.
Methods. The methods of generalization and comparative analysis were used.
Results. It has been established that Russian and foreign companies in personnel policy prefer to follow the principle of orientation to the employee, providing him with comfortable working conditions.
Conclusions. The Russian practice of human capital development corresponds to global trends. Companies create opportunities for employees to receive additional education.
