Subject. This article examines the main trends in the development of the residential property market at the regional level.
Objectives. The article aims to analyze the land zoning of the activities of the residential property market on a geographical basis, that is, depending on the distance from the regional center, and assess the geographical distribution of housing quantity.
Methods. For the study, I used the methods of statistical, comparative, and logical analyses.
Results. The article determines which municipal districts of the Leningrad Oblast use their geographical potential effectively. It also shows the geographical distribution of housing quantity in the context of municipal districts and determines the total area of commissioned residential units.
