Qualitative renewal of the type and performance of the employee in the context of digitalization and socialization of the region's economy

Subject. This article deals with the issues related to the digitalization and socialization of the economy of Russia and its regions.
Objectives. The article aims to analyze the labor characteristics of the employee in the context of digitalization and socialization of the economy and identify the main indicators of the qualitative renewal of human capital.
Methods. For the study, I used general scientific research approaches.
Results. The article identifies the elements that form the basis of human capital, and it proposes a model of a socially conscious worker, whose behavior is determined by various factors.
Conclusions. A qualitative renewal of the type and labor characteristics of an employee will lead to the emergence of new forms of labor organization and relations in the production process between personnel and the employer, and cause an increase in knowledge, skills and competencies. Social qualities that form the basis of professional activity, help the individual adapt to new conditions and unleash the individual’s creativity.
