Subject. This article analyzes the quality of services provided and methods for improving it at tourist enterprises of Greater Moscow, focused on business tourists travel.
Objectives. The article aims to develop recommendations to improve the quality of the services provided in Greater Moscow for business travelers to polish up the the city's image as a center for business events.
Methods. For the study, we used the methods of multivariate analysis, forecasting, and extrapolation.
Results. The article proposes a developed set of basic measures to improve the quality of services for business travelers.
Conclusions. The results obtained are a necessary basis for the development of the image of Moscow as a center for business events and the development of a business tourism cluster in Greater Moscow.
