Subject The article discusses the development of the agro-industrial complex of Tuva during the reform period. Objectives The article aims to analyze the state and changes in the agro-industrial complex of Tuva, identify the main problems of the region's agrarian sector as a result of agrarian reforms. Methods For the research, I used the methods of grouping and generalization, methods of comparative, structural, logical and statistical analyses, and a graphical method. Results The article identifies the main problems of the region's agro-industrial complex as a result of the reckless agrarian reforms and shows the results of the retrospective analysis of the state and dynamics of the agro-industrial complex of Tuva during the reform period. Conclusions The proposed article will be of interest to economists, agricultural specialists and members of the public. The analysis results can be taken into account when designing development programs for regional agricultural industries.
