Importance The article discusses the issues of social partnership and corporate social responsibility as indicators of sustainable development of economic entities.
Objectives The purpose of the article is to determine the interdependence principles of economic expediency and social responsibility.
Methods For the study, wage level and labor productivity are chosen as basic indicators of the modern system of social and labor relations in the Russian Federation.
Results The article shows the problems of State regulation of wages, and it is aimed at increasing the productivity within the areas of responsibility of each social partner: State, business structures, the employed population.
Conclusions and Relevance The article concludes on the necessity of combining the administrative tools and tax incentives for socially responsible business entities. The results presented can be used for improving the legislative regulation of social and labor relations in the Russian Federation, as well as in the formation of social policy of economic entities.
