Subject The article studies the relationships between individual economic, social and demographic parameters. Objectives The article aims to determine the direction and strength of the relationship between individual economic, social and demographic parameters of the territories. Methods For the study, we used the methods of correlation and factor analyses, and structural equation modeling technique SEPATH. Results We present a structural model that shows the relationship of implicit and explicit economic, social and demographic factors. The system of linear equations, based on this model reflects the direction and strength of the ties between these factors. Conclusions and Relevance The resulting model can assist in further research of the numerous ties of explicit and hidden economic, social and demographic factors. The results of this research can be used by regional authorities in the formulation of a set of measures of socio-economic and demographic policies.
