Importance The article assesses the productivity of labor, capital and land in agriculture of the Krasnodar Krai.
Objectives The paper aims to measure the movements of average and marginal productivity of labor, capital and land in agriculture of the Krasnodar Krai and determine the contribution of production factors in the growth of the industry's gross product.
Methods To reach the purpose, we used econometric techniques.
Results We identified the relationships between the gross output and cost of production factors, the labor productivity dynamics, wages, optimum employment and the excess labor amount in the industry.
Conclusions We conclude that growth of gross domestic product in the Krasnodar Krai is due to the employment and improvement of the efficiency of applied technologies, and the decline in the gross domestic product is due to the use of capital and land.

Keywords: production function, productivity movements, labor, capital, land
