Subject The paper considers the need to develop an innovative approach to the management of investment projects of enterprises in gold prospecting.
Objectives The paper aims to substantiate such a need.
Methods For the study, to identify problems and determine prospects for the development of gold mining enterprises, we used a systems approach, logical and statistical analysis methods.
Conclusions We conclude that managerial innovations in enterprises of the gold mining industry will enhance the effectiveness of the implementation of investment projects related to innovation in the technology of gold extraction and processing.
