Importance The article considers the technique of estimation of the competitiveness of the region.
Objectives I aimed to expand scientific knowledge about the evaluation of regional competitiveness through development of my own methodology of this assessment.
Methods For the study, I used a system approach, mathematical-statistical apparatus, and grouping.
Results I present a method for establishing the measurement of regional competitiveness.
Relevance I recommend annual observations using the proposed methodology, which will allow not only to track the changes, but also will contribute to the effective management of regional competitiveness.
