Importance The article considers the problems of regional personnel policies.
Objectives The paper aims to develop directions of formation and realization of modern regional personnel policies.
Methods For the study, we used synthesis and comparison.
Results As a result, we propose certain directions of formation and realization of modern personnel policies.
Conclusions and Relevance We concluded that the competitive potential and sustainable development of the region depend on the regional staffing policy. The results of the research can be used to create programs for regional personnel policies, as well as by experts in the field of economy, graduate students and students, a wide range of readers.
