Reproduction of economic soil fertility of the Kostroma region

The article points out that at the present time, the problem of food independence of Russia comes to the foreground. The paper arrives at a conclusion that the comprehensive set of measures aimed at enhancing the economic soil fertility is a significant aspect of the problem resolving. The article considers the reproduction processes as a multi-level system. In order to assess the current level of the utilization rate of the land and ensuring land fertility reproduction, the authors carried out the balance estimation of the soil nutrients of the Kostroma region.
