The article emphasizes that currently, the development of trade fair and congress activities is one of the sources of competitive advantages of the regions that attract investment and tourist flows. The author states that Moscow, among all the Russian regions, is actively positioning itself as a global Exhibition Center. This raises the need for a review the experience of the Moscow Government on development of trade fair and congress activities.
