The article discusses the main trends of the development of low-rise construction. The author analyzes the current state of the construction industry in the Chelyabinsk region, and provides a comparative analysis of major companies in the market. The paper highlights the problems and prospects of low-rise construction of the Chelyabinsk region; factors limiting production activity of construction organizations; ways of improving the activity of the enterprises.
