Methods of assessing the degree of trust to the company

The article notes that, in order to increase the efficiency of the public sector of the economy in the form of State-owned enterprises and the placement of State orders for the production and services, different types of evaluations of their condition and capabilities are required. For decision-making on placement of State orders, only the known methods of cost assessment of the enterprise are not enough. To do this, it is desirable to have a measure of activity dynamics of the enterprise, its efficiency in implementation of the orders, degree of reliability and financial stability. The article presents analytical and expert techniques that can be used for the assessment of enterprises when they are selected for placement of orders. The authors come to a conclusion on possibility of their joint use in accordance with the proposed methodology.
