The article notes that, at the present stage, the State socio-economic policy is the most important factor in the strategic development of the national economy, to enhance the level and quality of life of the population. Improving public finance management of household, integrating their diverse effects on human potential, socio-economic development will increase the quality of the interaction between the parties and efficiency of State social policy with limited resources.
