The article deals with modeling of management of ecologic and economic systems. The authors introduce a concept of a locally closed eco-economic system as a system consisting of production and economic systems, surrounding ecological system and population and the "center" (coordinator). The authors construct a scheme of coordination management of processes in such a system; they cover the types of influence and prove the impossibility of making of an interaction assessment classifier of structural subsystems. The authors define ways of coordination and application. The paper says that coordination management has to be combined with reflexive management. The article also shows the ways of reflexive management, motivating and stimulating factors and ways of compromise.
