Manifestation of external effects as result of administrative barriers influence on market environment

The article points out that the market environment faces the presence of constraining factors, the so called "administrative barriers". The author considers that they manifest themselves in the various forms practically at all stages of production and decision-making and she makes a comparative analysis of the existing administrative barriers and studies the results of barrier regulation in the form of negative and positive external effects. The paper devises an algorithm of administrative barriers influence on the market environment. The author makes a conclusion about the possibility of barrier regulation depending on character of the gained external effects.
