The article deals with the issues of employee incentive on an enterprise, which performs an innovation activity. The author analyses an enterprise innovation process and performance potential specifics as development basis of an innovation component. The paper studies the issues of employee incentive, which is specific to an area of high intelligent labor, as well as it considers development stages of the employee incentive arrangement and specific actions directed on encouraging the different groups of personnel to engage in innovation activity. The author proposes the method of calculation of social and economic system of the incentive effectiveness.
