The article covers the infrastructure problems of Yakutsk, arising due to out-worn systems of water disposal and storm sewage. The article studies social and economic effect of modernization of the water disposal and storm sewage systems. The author concludes there is a need to innovate and modernize the infrastructure of the city to get both economic and social effect.
