The article contains the results of a research of regional development stability and multiple-aspect influence of factors. The author analyzes methodological approaches to the problems of sustainable regional development and defines the main strategic directions of its ensuring. The article displays the author's theoretical approach to the conceptual basis of a sustainable regional development strategy.
