Development of the low-budget franchise market in the regions of Russia

The article observes the growth of a number of franchisees in the regions of Russia. The franchise offers vary continuously as the years go by. The article contains the author's assessment of the low-budget franchise market development, and the author's interpretation of the "low-budget franchise" concept. The author defines the dominant traits of the low-budget franchise and describes a portrait of a low-budget franchise buyer. The author offers certain ways to develop low-budget franchise and determines the role of low-budget franchise in development of the regional consumer market.
