Methodical approaches to efficiency assessment of a region production infrastructure in the aspect of strategy development elaboration

The article submits the author's viewpoint of an efficiency assessment of a region production infrastructure's functioning in a context of a strategy development elaboration, including a structure of the process refined in stages, some certain procedures and used methods. The paper says of the production infrastructure's influence on the efficiency of regional production, detected through identification of its development effects.
