Formation of competitiveness of the communications industry organizations

The article presents a methodology of evaluating the impact of factors' influence on the competitiveness of organizations. The methodology allows to predict the volume of telecommunication services (a postal organization as an example) and to prove the directions of development in formation of competitiveness. The author forecasts the influence of external and internal factors on the postal market, as well as the consumer demand for the Russian state postal operator's services for 2013-2014.
