David Kolb's Experiential Learning Model in teaching of economic disciplines

The article deals with a training concept on the basis of the Experiential Learning Model (ELM) of D. Kolb, and application of this concept to teach economic disciplines. The ELM of D. Kolb gets attributed to formation of assimilative and accommodative styles of training of economics students. The authors give an example of the "Regional economy" subject teaching, using the ELM of D. Kolb and 4MAT System of B. McCarthy.
