The article notes that the development dynamics of the North Caucasus Federal District is nowadays positive as to investment activities in the key directions of agriculture, tourism, sanatoria-and-health, electric-power, construction and logistics spheres. The formation of the North Caucasus region strategic doctrine is a necessary imperative to stabilize the economic and social situation in the area. The author comes to the conclusion that the integrated actions within the created doctrines of the subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District will allow investments attracting and business susceptibility to innovation developing. All this will improve the economic climate in the region.
