The article deals with a new "silk way" - the South Eurasian international transport corridor, which transforms measurement of environmental problems. The author carried out the analysis of the precedent of values "matching" (embedding in the system of environmental values), and the analysis of coordination of scales of ecologic-and-economic management for intensive involvement of the assets of the territory in a global exchange by the "Donbass" Evroregion hitting a zone of macro- and mesospatial changes of the global character.
