The article reveals the content of the authors' labour-conflict strategy in an organization. It submits the algorithm of introduction of suggestions in the strategy of an economic unit's management. The authors estimate the labour-conflicts efficiency at a micro-level of strategy realization. The submitted diagrams show the dynamics of the estimated figures. The authors make certain conclusions on the efficiency of a strategy, and they outline the ways of improving.
