The authors substantiate the relevance of optimization of the structure of various integration forms as to the agro-industrial complex management. The article takes up problems of the regional innovation-capacity realization. The realization of production potential, the enhancement of financial stability of agricultural organizations, the development of investment activities, the modernization of production, the expansion of trade areas - all this affects the efficiency of the integration-processes development in the agricultural sector considerably. The authors rate the prospects of the agricultural sector of a region for the further integration development.
